BENCH FEE MINIMUMS
Bench fee minimums are applied to the repair cost.
Estimates won’t be exceeded unless customer has been notified.
$200.00 Min. for all repairs that hit bench unless otherwise mentioned.
If paid online and you decide not to have us service your unit b4 we get to it, you get 90% of your deposit back.
WARRANTY 60 DAYS LABOR - 90 DAYS PARTS (only on the parts we put in).
No Warranty for software problems.
No serial #, No Warranty.
Drop Off/Bench Fee
This $200 minimum Fee must be paid when unit enters shop for Service.
"In Warranty units are Exempt"
This Drop Off fee is to help cover Processing, Estimate & Disposal costs. This fee will be applied to your final bill.
Turn-around time at this time is about 40+- a few weeks, this varies depending on the quantity & difficulty of the repairs. There are rush fees posted below but ask first as sometimes the work load doesn't allow us to accept rush fees unless industrial or a critical repair

$165 per hour
All industrial repairs are considered a rush
RUSH FEEs
(shop isn’t accepting any rushes due to the current work load)
"All Rush fees need to be pre-approved"
Some suppliers don’t offer faster shipping, so the below part shipping may vary
All RUSH FEEs are an additional cost, they are not applied to the Estimate of repair or to the minimum charge.

Rush fee only guarantee’s unit will be worked on with-in 30 working days. 2nd day, next and same day air costs for parts or unit are extra. This does not guarantee the unit will be fixed, only worked on.
